All bookings are accepted on t= he following conditions:

When you make your booking you= must complete a booking form, accepting on behalf of all your party the terms of= the agreement and pay a deposit. = (Full payment is required on bookings for any holidays on special offer). On receipt of your deposit we will= send you a confirmation informing you of the balance to be paid and the date it = is due (normally 12 weeks before departure).&= nbsp; Deposit is non-refundable however you have the right to transfer the booking to another person.

It is important to note that travel insurance is compulsory for all passengers traveling with OOPS Travel. If you wish to make y= our own insurance arrangements it is necessary for you to forward details of yo= ur current insurance policy.

You are responsible for ensuri= ng that you are at the correct departure point at the correct time. We cannot be held liable for any l= oss or expense suffered by clients because of their late arrival at any departure point.

a) 继续参加更&= #25913;后的行程；

b) 参加我们建&= #35758;的其他行程；

c) 取消行程并&= #33719;得全部退款。

Your holiday is planned many months in advance and although it is unlikely, it is possible that circumstances may force us to make changes to the advertised holiday. As far as possible we will ensure = that you are notified of any changes and the reasons will be explained to you. You might then decide:<= /span>

a) to continue with the amended holiday

b) to accept an alternative holiday which we may offer to you

c) cancel your booking

If you choose c) we will refund all the money you have paid to OOPS Travel。

6. &= #20010;人行李 (Personal Belongings)<= /p>

The Company cannot be held responsible for loss of luggage or passengers personal belongings.

7. &= #20799;童 (Personal Belongings)<= /p>

Children aged 16 years and und= er must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged 17 years can travel on our holidays with written conse= nt of a parent or guardian.

OOPS Travel is the trading nam= e of OOPS United Ltd, and as such is bonded with ABTA, offering the appropriate = guarantees ensuring total protection of all advance payments made by the customer to O= OPS Travel. ABTA membership also ensures the repatriation of the customer in the unlikely event of the company’s insolvency.
